Sami Ullah · witness signing

Review, sign, then capture your thumbprint.

This prototype guides capture from the phone’s rear camera. It analyses the live camera feed; it does not accept a normal photo upload as the primary path.

Step 1

Review the document

Open full PDF

Read the full Special Power of Attorney before continuing. The final signing service will make the document and its hash immutable before each signer acts.

Step 2

Add your signature

Draw your usual signature.

Step 3

Capture a clear right-thumb ridge image

Keep the phone steady about 15–25 cm away. The scanner checks clarity quietly in the background and captures one strong ridge image as soon as it is ready—there is no five-frame or left/centre/right sequence.

Place the fingerprint pad inside the oval. If the ridges are not clear, slowly change the distance or roll the thumb a little in either direction, then hold still.

Start the camera when you are ready. Frames remain in this browser and are never uploaded by this prototype.

Camera diagnostics

The log contains numerical measurements only. If needed, you can explicitly save the most recently rejected patch to your own phone; it is never uploaded automatically.

Start the camera to record diagnostics.

Step 4

Review & finalise

The final implementation will place approved fields into the PDF, generate a document hash and signer audit record, then lock the completed copy. This local prototype deliberately does not transmit or finalise a legal document.

Complete the signature and guided capture first.
